The Terrebonne Sportman’s Leaque (TSL) Rodeo dates are July 31, August 1, 2. By special arrangement, divers are allowed to start
competing on July 30, thus a 4 day rodeo for divers. To commit to the rodeo you may call Terry Migaud @ 504 452-8942 or firstname.lastname@example.org
or Rafe Antill @ email@example.com Tickets will also be available at the Hell Divers meeting this Monday.
Rafe Antill is on the Board of Directors and he handles the spearfishing part of the rodeo.
Rafe paid the the TSL an upfront amount and he secures the awards and prizes and/or gift certificates.
All ticket sales goes to TSL.
Most of the money raise comes from Rafe. But we are requested donations to offset the cost.
The cost is approximately $1500 to $2000.

If making donation please mail checks made out to Rafe Antill as these donations does not
go to TSL but to Rafe to pay for fees, awards, and prizes and/or gift certificates. Donations may
be mail to Terry Migaud, 3513 43rd Street, Metairie, LA 70001. Or bought to the Rodeo.
For those who weight their fish early on Sunday at The East Houma Recreation Center, can go to Rafe’s
Work Shop about a 15 minute drive. You can clean your fish and Rafe will take care of your left overs for
the gators. You may shower before heading back to Rodeo Sites for the awards. The location is
AC with food and drinks available.
2015 RULES & REGULATION
1. Fishing competition for the SCUBA division will begin at 12:01 am on Thursday, July 30, 2015 (this is by special arrangement for divers) and close at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 2nd, 2015. Rodeo tickets are $25 which includes a hat and t-shirt.
2. Diving is opened to all public waters.
3. Divers must be submerged.
4. Fish must be speared and apprehended by the diver, without assistance.
5. No power heads are allowed.
6. Participants’ tickets, duly signed, MUST BE PRESENTED WHEN THE FISH ARE WEIGHED.
7. All fish are subject to a necropsy. Scales closed Sunday at 2 PM for divers.
8. In the event of a tie, the first fish weighed will be declared the winner.
9. The decision of the weighmaster is final.
10. In the event of a tie for “Best All Around” individual, boat or club, the winner will be determined by largest combined weight of the fish.
11. Rodeo categories: 1. Amberjack 2. Barracuda 3. Grouper 4. Triggerfish 5. Sheephead 6.cobia 7. Jackfish (any legal jack other than Amberjack) 8. miscellaneous (any legal
fish not listed exceptions: No Ocean Sunfish, Redfish, or Tarpon.
12. The “Best All Around” individual, boat and club, will be determined by the highest number of points scored.

~As always the Proceeds from the Rodeo will be donated to the "William F. Crawford Scholarship fund for Coastal Engineering".
Last year we raised over $3000 through the Rodeo activities, Generous donations of LCUDC members, and friends of Bill Crawford. This enabled the selection committee to pick not one but three recipients for Bill's Scholarship in Coastal Engineering at LSU!!!!!! This Years Rodeo dates are July 16, 17, and 18th in the The Screened in Pavillion at Moran's Marina, 288 Flotation Canal, Port Fourchon, LA. Its the same location that The Golden Meadow Fourchon Tarpon Rodeo was held this year.
~The Weigh in and fish fry are going to be held on Saturday night July 18 at the location above, The Scales will be open from 4:30-6pm Saturday.
